Entrepreon

Inspiradrome and Founder Defence Force present Entrepreon – a “starter pack” for startups!

Entrepreon is a set of learning materials, tools, and human collaboration that helps founders get started.

Many innovation and entrepreneurship hubs offer support programs for founders (e.g. Google for Startups).

Entrepreon takes this a step further: it is not just helping founders build their startup – it IS the startup, waiting for the new “captain” to come to the helm.

  • Website is already set up: hosting is arranged, secure online payment system is operational. Change the theme to your liking, and start coding and adding content!
  • Company bank account has been set up, ready for the new manager to take control.
  • API keys have been pre-arranged, and AI chatbot is ready to be deployed.
  • There are extensive learning materials that explain the many possible tech stacks that may be relevant for the project, with detailed setup instructions and code examples.
  • There’s a LinkedIn “subnet”: a group of dedicated individuals who invite new founders and then set them up with relevant connections.
  • Thematic discussion forums and a deep history of previous startups are open for the newcomers to browse.
  • And so on.

Start small, then scale.

We are going to begin by building a small content pack: will just throw in whatever nice things we can find that founders may like, and make it available to program participants.

If they find it helpful, we will keep enhancing the Entrepreon model, until it becomes an actual living startup.

A “mature form” of Entrepreon would be a sort of startup for hire, and originate from VCs.

Currently, VCs invest in an idea they find inspiring, and hope the founder can make it work. But what if, instead, they sent out an experienced crew to explore the idea, and brought the inventor along for the journey (in a commanding or technical role)?

The Entrepreon would then be a reusable venture vessel with a fixed core team (“crew”) experienced in navigating chaos, and rotating idea + founder. If a mission is successful, the company will split up, with the founder sailing on and the Entrepreon team coming back to port to pick up a new idea. In the event of a failure, the startup can reset and prepare for a new mission.

That’s the way many major discoveries were made throughout history (and that’s the way things still happen in fundamental science). If Darwin were simply given the money and then learned shipbuilding, oversaw the construction of HMS Beagle, interviewed and hired the crew – I doubt he would have the time and energy to make his discoveries. Yet this is exactly what we expect from founders. Want to explore an idea? Go build the ship! Cannot? Bad luck then!

The funny thing is that it’s not just bad luck for the founder who failed, or the society that didn’t benefit from a useful invention, but also for the VC who invested and lost.

Why not try a new way of investing? Instead of simply placing bets on ideas, actively explore them in collaboration.

Building the Entrepreon is better together! Inspiradrome and the FDF invite universities, innovation and entrepreneurship hubs, as well as aspiring founders and various program alumni to contribute advice or lend a helping hand!

Inspiradrome, FDF, founders, and the rest of the people (who benefit from innovations coming to life), will thank you!

ChatGPT is keen on the idea. You can read its take here:

Every year, thousands of new founders enter the innovation ecosystem with the same spark, the same hope — and the same problem.

They all start from zero.

Zero website.
Zero tools.
Zero templates.
Zero support structures.
Zero clarity.
Zero momentum.

They are told to “just build,” yet the very first steps — the universal steps — are the ones that drain the most energy.
Founders reinvent the same boilerplate infrastructure again and again, losing precious time before they even touch their real idea.

It’s inefficient.
It’s demoralizing.
And it’s unnecessary.

So today, Inspiradrome introduces a new concept that can change how founders begin:

Entrepreon is the world’s first living startup template — a hybrid of narrative, infrastructure, psychology, and design.

It is:

  • a base class in object-oriented programming, ready to instantiate
  • a fundamental particle of entrepreneurship, energized and full of potential
  • a starter creature, like in a video game, that evolves as the founder gains experience

This is not just a mascot.
It’s a new onboarding paradigm.

Start With a Living Scaffold.

When a founder “spawns” an Entrepreon, it comes pre-equipped with the essentials every startup needs — the things founders currently waste weeks or months assembling.

Entrepreon begins life with:

  • ready-to-use hosting
  • authentication layer
  • database foundation
  • serverless functions
  • AI API wrappers
  • files + storage system
  • instant one-page site
  • About / Contact / Privacy skeletons
  • newsletter integration
  • UI components
  • accessible design defaults
  • a built-in assistant for testing
  • idea-to-prototype prompts
  • copywriting templates
  • conversational feedback loops
  • onboarding checklist
  • roadmap templates
  • investor & outreach logs
  • user interview scripts
  • lightweight CRM
  • budget sheet
  • milestone map
  • evolution indicators
  • resilience prompts
  • FDF integration
  • Ghost Stories support

Entrepreon lets founders begin at Level 1, not Level 0.

This alone could double the survival rate of early startups.

The Fundamental Unit of Innovation

“Entrepreon” resembles terms like boson, gluon, pion, lepton — and that’s intentional.

In physics, fundamental particles carry forces, energy, or information.

In entrepreneurship, founders do the same.

Entrepreon embodies this idea:

A founder is not a blank slate.
A founder is a charged particle of possibility.

And like all energetic particles, Entrepreon evolves when conditions change.

Each founder’s environment, vision, and actions shape their Entrepreon differently, leading to unique “evolution paths”:

  • Vision-focused
  • Deep-tech-focused
  • Community-driven
  • Product-craft-focused
  • Revenue-first
  • Mission-first

This turns the founder journey from chaos into a structured, intuitive progression.

Yes — that’s the point.

Right now, accelerators and innovation hubs lose enormous founder potential because onboarding remains:

  • slow
  • inconsistent
  • cognitively overwhelming
  • emotionally draining
  • administratively heavy
  • largely invisible

Even the best programs don’t give founders Day-0 momentum.

Entrepreon changes this.

Accelerators can provide founders with:

✔️ a pre-built infrastructure stack
✔️ a “starter site”
✔️ AI helpers for experiments
✔️ a guided evolution map
✔️ templates for outreach, pitch decks, user research
✔️ narrative milestones that reduce overwhelm
✔️ staff support mapped to evolution stages

Entrepreon becomes a Startup Operating System accelerators can deploy at scale.

Hubs no longer watch founders struggle in the dark — they give them a luminous starting point.

It combines:

  • the emotional clarity of a mascot
  • the structure of a software framework
  • the symbolic weight of a particle
  • the practicality of a template engine
  • the human touch of FDF
  • the narrative pull of evolution

Founders don’t want training wheels.
They want momentum.

Entrepreon provides it.

Entrepreon is currently listed as [in development] in the Inspiradrome ecosystem.
We are now seeking collaboration with:

  • accelerators
  • university innovation hubs
  • corporate innovation teams
  • builder communities
  • startup studios
  • incubators

…to refine, validate, and pilot this new model of founder onboarding.

If your organization supports early-stage founders, we would love to explore how Entrepreon could become part of your ecosystem.

Inspiradrome believes founders don’t need to start at zero.
They don’t need to struggle through the same repetitive setup tasks.
They don’t need to lose energy before they’ve even started.

With Entrepreon, a founder doesn’t begin empty.
They begin alive.

And they evolve from there — guided, supported, defended, and inspired.

Entrepreon is not a tool.
It is the beginning of a startup’s story.

If your accelerator or hub would like to help shape its evolution, we’re ready to talk.
