Earth date 2025/11/13 – Launched Ghost Stories
In collaboration with the Unsolicitor, FDF has launched Ghost Stories, an initiative to break the cosmic silence that greets new founders when they first reach out to the world.
2025/11/14 – Founders as Pokémon
Founders have a lot in common with Pokémon.
VCs and accelerators act as trainers, adding rare and powerful Pokémon to their collection and training them, before letting them battle it out amongst each other, and helping the winners evolve.
But do the founders want to be Pokémon?
Being forced into battles they didn’t choose, and compelled to evolve into a more jaded self?
At FDF, we believe founders (and Pokémon, too) deserve more dignity!
It’s totally OK for a founder to be adorable, but they shouldn’t be treated like furry little gladiators.
2025/11/17 – Entrepreon!
FDF welcomes our newest recruit – Entrepreon.
Its mission: to help founders start their journey prepared.
Every startup needs to take the same tedious and frustrating steps that have been done thousands of times before, and don’t add value to their unique idea: registering a company, setting up a website, etc.
Entrepreon is a living “startup template” that has these things already worked out, so the founders can start making progress on their idea sooner!
